Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, I began my career as a Registered Dietitian after graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2017. Through my experience working with a wide variety of clients in multiple healthcare settings, I realized there was an opportunity to offer patients a deeper level of care and support in their health journeys.

I later earned my Master’s degree in Health Promotion from Mississippi State University, where I expanded my understanding of the many factors that influence health and wellness beyond the traditional clinical model. This experience led me to pursue further training in functional medicine. I completed my certification in Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy through Susan Allen’s program, which focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms.

As a practitioner of Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy, I work closely with patients to uncover underlying imbalances and create personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support long-term healing. My goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to nourish their bodies, optimize their health, and approach wellness from a holistic perspective.

In my practice, I commonly support individuals dealing with weight management challenges, blood sugar imbalances, hormonal concerns, and gastrointestinal issues.

I am currently licensed to practice in Louisiana and Arkansas and accept most insurance plans, many of which cover your visit with zero out of pocket expenses, even if you have a high deductible. I look forward to helping guide you on your journey toward better health.
