What is Chiropractic Care?

Chiropractic  focuses on the vital relationship between the nervous system and spine, and holds true the following tenets:

  • Biomechanical and structural derangement of the spine can affect the nervous system and cause or refer problems or pain to other parts of the body (“referred pains”).

  • For many conditions, chiropractic treatment can restore the structural integrity of the spinal joints, reduce pressure on the sensitive neurological tissue, and consequently improve the health of the individual.

  • Chiropractic treatment is generally and historically rendered by manual manipulation of the joints, primarily the spinal joints, but any other joint, as well.  During the past 40 or more years, treatments using high speed, light force instrumentation have been developed and implemented to accomplish the same goals, with possibly more comfort and ease in treatment.

  • Chiropractic should assess the overall balance of the neuro-musculo-skeletal system of the individual, and attempt to balance those deficits that can be balanced.

Chiropractic is a viable alternative approach to your better health!
